Lochan Homes was formed in 2026 and delivers affordable homes at discounted-market and mid-market rent levels in towns and cities across Scotland. We work with partners to create energy-efficient, well-designed homes that people can genuinely afford — in the places they already call home.
 

Our homes are managed by Lar Housing Trust, an independent housing charity with a track record of delivering high-quality affordable homes and responsive housing management across Scotland.
